Since 1911, Our Team has steadfastly been advocating for the rights of workers.
In the state of Victoria, we proudly stand as the largest union representing disability, including a diverse range of NDIS workers. This includes support workers, caseworkers, social educators, advocates, team leaders, carers, trainers, coordinators, managers, counsellors and administrative personnel.
The NDIS Workers Union is a division of the Health Workers Union and one of Australia’s largest health unions.

Message from the Secretary
If you work in the NDIS (full-time, part-time, casual or as a sole trader) then the NDIS Workers Union is for you. In fact, the NDIS Workers Union has negotiated many enterprise agreements that have resulted in better pay and conditions for those workers!
The NDIS Workers Union has been fighting hard to ensure that your jobs are protected and to improve your pay and work conditions. We are passionate about the work that we do and take our work very seriously – to advance the interests of health workers across Victoria.
My multidisciplinary team of experienced Organisers, Case Officers, Industrial Officers, Research Officer and Member Support Team have been working tirelessly to provide quality representation and advocacy to all our members.
